The project has an approximate area of 96,423 sf / 2.214 acres and is located 420 feet east of the intersection of Fallstaff Road and Apollo Drive. The project will consist of a 9,770-sf building expansion with associated parking and stormwater management.

 The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 1,765 sf / 0.041 acres of this project.
