

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

| Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 0.33 acres and is located at 3320 Sinclair Lane, on the north side of Sinclair Lane, approximately 300 feet easterly from Edison Hwy. and Sinclair La. intersection. The project will consist of converting the existing commercial building and existing parking / maneuvering areas to a new Dunkin’ carryout with drive thru and associated parking. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.27 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.24 ac of this project. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide 0.06 ac. reduction of the existing impervious area to satisfy the requirements of this waiver of this project.
