The project has an approximate area of 11.91 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Boston Street & S Newkirk Street. The project will consist of the installation of industrial equipment for the existing GAF RTO development.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on site stormwater management for 0.06 ac of this project.
