The Baltimore City Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments for a request to waive1 Stormwater Management Quantity and Quality Requirements for BGE Project No. WMS 1860247, Hamilton Phase 2 Operation Pipeline Program.

Notice is hereby given that the public is invited to comment on the request by the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, 1699 Leadenhall St, Baltimore, MD 21230 for a waiver of Stormwater Management (SWM) quantity and quality control requirements for the Hamilton Phase 2 Operation Pipeline Program Project. Comments on the request for SWM Waivers must be received by 5:00 PM on January 26, 2011, to ensure consideration by the Department.
