Baltimore County Water Bill Due Dates

Green banner with DPW logo and text "Department of Public Works Press Release"

Residents of Baltimore County recently received water bills with a payment due date of November 1, 2019.  For many residents, that date is incorrect. This issue was caused by an internal coding used to extend the ransomware late fee forgiveness period.

The actual due date of your County water bill is 21 days after the date that the bill was received.  Attached is a chart showing your actual due date, based on your bill’s anticipated arrival date.

Penalties are not being assessed. Notice will be provided when and if penalties resume.

For questions about your water bill due date, or any other water bill related questions, please call the DPW Customer Support and Services Division (CSSD) at 410-396-5398.
