BALTIMORE, MD (November 1, 2012) – Public Works Director Alfred H. Foxx announced today that due to a 12" water main break, the 1800 block of East Cold Spring Lane will be shut down within the next hour.  Hillen Road to Harford Road will be open to local traffic only, with Stadium Way to Overland Ave completely closed.
The break occurred this morning at approximately 6:30 a.m. on the bridge just east of Stadium Way.  At this time no homes have lost water service, however Morgan State University will be partially affected.  It is anticipated that the roads will remain closed for at least the next two days while the break is repaired.
We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
