Scheduled Solid Waste Collections will occur Tomorrow

Public Works Director Alfred H. Foxx reminds citizens that normal trash, recycling and bulk collections will occur in Baltimore City on Tuesday, July 3, 2012.

Residences with storm damaged bulk debris may call 311 up until Friday, July 13th to request a special solid waste storm damaged bulk pickup.

In addition, drop-off locations are open to collect storm debris.

To support the resumption of alley-based trash and recycling collection and to protect public safety, the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) will begin a dedicated citywide alley clearing operation on Sunday, February 1, at 7:00 a.m. DPW has engaged a private contractor to deploy bobcats and front-end loaders exclusively for alley clearing.
